Carole Pierce

Carole Pierce is PSLLP’s Administrator. While Bob Parks and Keith Solar may be the captains of PSLLP, the ship doesn’t run without Carole.

Carole brings to PSLLP nearly three decades of experience in law firm management. She began her law firm accounting career in 1988, mastering accounts payable, billing and collections for the San Diego office of an international law firm. Since 1998, she has served as accounting manager for two boutique San Diego law firms, and just prior to PSLLP, the San Diego office of a national law firm. At her last stop before PSLLP, she expertly wore two hats, excelling as that office’s accounting manager, since 2007, and as its office manager, since 2011.

Carole is responsible for all of the day-to-day, non-legal aspects of the business of PSLLP. She handles all accounting functions – billing, collections, accounts payable, accounting management; oversees human resources and payroll; determines and implements firm policies and procedures; coordinates all IT issues; negotiates with and hires all outside vendors; oversees all facilities issues; evaluates and places all insurance and benefit plans; and supervises a talented and dedicated staff who, by following her lead, cohesively works together, pitches in and goes the extra mile for PSLLP and its clients. She is PSLLP’s all-around go-to person and problem solver.

She decided to leave Big Law to help form PSLLP because she believes in the firm’s core group of people and that, by working together, they could and would all forge something special. Carole recognizes that people are the most important part of PSLLP, values how PSLLP attorneys and staff all roll together, and is excited to be an irreplaceable part of building a firm and watching it grow.

When not helping helm PSLLP, Carole enjoys spending time with her two sons, likes listening to 70s rock ‘n roll and country music, and spends her days on her ranch with her dogs, horses, chickens, cat and one very spoiled miniature pig.
