Isabel Steinmetz
Associate
Isabel Steinmetz is an associate in the litigation department at Parks & Solar, LLP. She represents clients in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, including class actions, Proposition 65, products liability, breach of contract, and water-related disputes. Prior to joining Parks & Solar, LLP, Isabel gained extensive court and trial experience in family law.
Alongside her practice, Isabel currently is completing her M.B.A. In 2020, she earned an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While obtaining her LL.M., she worked on plaintiff-side cases, including U.S. Supreme Court cases, in a legal clinic with Schonbrun, Seplow, Harris, Hoffman & Zeldes, LLP.
Originally from Germany, Isabel studied law and trained as a barrister in London, UK . In London, she worked for Members of Parliament and volunteered with the Independent Provider of Special Education Advice, representing parents in special education appeals.
Isabel is admitted to practice law in California and New York, and was called to the Bar of England & Wales. She is fluent in German and conversational in French and Italian.
In her free time, Isabel reads on the beach, takes dance classes, and goes figure skating.
